What a concept! Hopefully other's will follow suit! It's always amazed me... Just like the way credit cards are set up. You hit a tuff time and are late a couple of times~ they increase your interest rate~ making it MORE difficult to pay! The wealthy always get the lowest rates... I think it’s an awesome!!
