Insomnia? Hell! We are all victims of it. I don't have a single friend who sleeps early. However... my $.02... never take zolpidem as one gets dependent on it. A change in lifestyle is the remedy. Overuse of cellphone and internet to be avoided. But who's listening? :D He he I loved reading this post.
